I try to update the blog as often and as much as possible, but sometimes, it becomes rather difficult to. However, please join the Healing Hearts Facebook page or follow on Twitter, where you will find at least one beneficial (inshaAllah!) quote or thought frequently. The FB page and Twitter are linked, so as soon as the FB page gets updated with a status, it normally pulls through as tweets on the Twitter page as well. If you do not have a Facebook or Twitter account, the quotes do come through on the blog in the left hand corner as well, but you may have to click on the link to read the full quote.
